We want you to love your Maison Alhambra purchase. If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied, we’ll help you return or exchange your order — fast and fair.

Who can return
Returns apply to purchases made at maisonalhambra.com only. If you bought from a third-party retailer or marketplace (Amazon, IntenseOud, etc.), please contact that seller directly.
How long do I have to return?
You have 30 calendar days from the date your package was delivered to request a return or exchange. Items returned after 30 days may not be accepted.
Condition of returned items
To qualify for a full refund or exchange, items must be:
- Unused and free of odors (no perfumes applied).
- In their original, undamaged packaging (boxes, seals, and labels included).
- Accompanied by the original packing slip or order number.
We reserve the right to refuse returns that show signs of wear, damage, or missing parts.
Non-returnable items
For hygiene and safety reasons we cannot accept returns on:
- Opened or used perfume bottles (unless defective).
- Gift cards, sample vials, testers.
- Clearance / final-sale items (will be marked at checkout).
If you receive a damaged or defective bottle, see section 7.
Exchanges
If you want a different Maison Alhambra product or size:
- Request an exchange within 30 days via
returns@maisonalhambra.com. - We will reserve stock for exchanges subject to availability.
- If the new item costs more, we will send a payment link; if less, we refund the difference.
Damaged or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect:
- Email returns@maisonalhambra.com within 7 days of delivery with: order number, photos of the damage, and a brief description.
- We will respond within 24–48 hours with return instructions and provide a prepaid return label where applicable.
- Once we receive and inspect the item, we will send a replacement or full refund.
International returns & taxes
- International customers must follow the same 30-day policy, but are responsible for return shipping unless the item is defective or we shipped the wrong product.
- Customs duties and local taxes are non-refundable by Maison Alhambra. If you refuse delivery, refunds may be subject to deductions (return shipping, customs fees).
How refunds work
- After we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you by email.
- Refunds appear on your original payment method in 3–7 business days (depending on your bank).
- If you paid for expedited shipping, shipping fees are refundable only if the return is due to our error.
Return shipping address (for approved returns)
We will provide a return label and address after you submit a return request. Do not send returns without an RMA/return authorization as this can delay processing.
Exchanges & store credit
- If a replacement is unavailable, we will offer a refund or store credit.
- Store credit does not expire and can be used at
maisonalhambra.com.
How to start a return

- Our returns team will issue a Return Authorization (RMA) and step-by-step instructions within 24–48 hours.
- Pack the item securely, include the RMA number, and ship per the instructions provided.

Q: Can I return a perfume I decided I don’t like?
A: Unopened perfumes in original condition are returnable within 30 days. Opened bottles are not accepted unless they are defective.
